4. Payments & Fees

Searching for rooms on our platform is currently free for tenants. If we introduce featured listing fees for landlords, these will be clearly disclosed before any charge is made. We do not process security deposits or rent payments—these must be handled directly between the parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affordable House Rentals Near Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site, including but not limited to scams, identity theft, or physical disputes between tenants and landlords.
